Bekum offers an encrypted and user-friendly remote maintenance concept for Bekum machines. A Bekum service workplace is connected to the machine by means of a Cloud application using an encapsulated, VPN-encrypted tunnel. Security is ensured by disconnecting the machine network from your company network. This allows us to provide you with help quickly, inexpensively and using logged service access.
Sampling prototypes – plus test specimens and taste samples – is possible on our laboratory machines, which are designed for versatility. This allows you to produce small production runs inexpensively as specimens and for test purposes with the aid of our specialists, who are trained in process technology.
