Service Technicians

We will send out service technicians to your plants from our Bekum sites in Germany, Austria and the USA: Our on-site service allows us to provide you with support in the event of repairs, exchange of parts and maintenance of your production plant. Remote Maintenance

Travel times for service technicians cost time and money. Some of these costs can be avoided by taking advantage of our remote maintenance services. Bekum offers an encrypted and user-friendly remote maintenance concept for Bekum machines. A Bekum service workplace is connected to the machine by means of a Cloud application using an encapsulated, VPN-encrypted tunnel. Security is ensured by disconnecting the machine network from your company network. This allows us to provide you with help quickly, inexpensively and using logged service access.

Prototype Sampling

Sampling prototypes – plus test specimens and taste samples – is possible on our laboratory machines, which are designed for versatility. This allows you to produce small production runs inexpensively as specimens and for test purposes with the aid of our specialists, who are trained in process technology. We are also happy to provide you with support with the subsequent examinations and quality tests.
